The school was run in a rented house for the first 5 years. As the years passed, the Institution showed steady growth. After 5years of its age, sheds with asbestos sheets Were constructed.

To accommodate the growing strength the new building was constructed in the year 1986. In the year 1982 the school was upgraded and classes VIII & IX were started. In 1983 the higher classes run by the management of Archdiocese of Hyderabad as a separate school near the Church was handed over to our management and the first SSC batch was started in the year 1983- 84.

History

Rev. Fr, Silvio Pasquali PIME of the Hyderabad Diocese founded the Congregation of the Catechist Sisters of St. Ann, at Mattampally Village, Nalgonda Dist. in the year 1918. The Batch of seven indigenous candidates made their first profession on 26th July, 1921.

Later, Dionizio Vismara, The Bishop of Hyderabad Diocese erected the Diocesan Congregation of the Catechist Sisters of St.Ann on 12-03-1943.

1954, the 1st General Chapter elected Rev. Sr. Enrechitta Thathi Reddy as Superior General. It is an apostolic and religious society. All the members are bound by Evangelical vows of Chastity, Poverty and Obedience. Rural apostolate was their founder’s cherished task.They commit themselves by the religious witness with the purpose of Evangelizing and Catechizing through the following apostolic concerns.
