Co-Curricular Activities:

St.E.A.S. High School offers ample opportunities to bring out the inner talents of the Students. Though it is Christian minority institution, it gives equal importance to all the religions to cultivate feeling of secularism.

All our school students are divided into four groups viz- Red, Blue, Green and Yellow.We have various competitions among the students in various fields like

Education
Singing
Dancing
Drama
Drawing
Painting
Poetry
Quiz
Story telling
Rangoli
Mehendi
Fancy dress
Flower arrangement etc.

This type of education could discipline the intellect, nourish fellow feeling and develop Social and cultural responsibility.


CELEBRATIONS:

Every year we have innumerable celebrations. We start them with Installation Ceremony to elect new school cabinet. We also celebrate St. Ann’s Feast, Independence Day, Teachers Day, Children’s Day, Christmas, Republic Day, Environmental Day, Aids Day, Farewell day etc.


EXCURSIONS AND PICNICS:

Field trips, Excursions are meant for healthy recreation, Pleasure and Knowledge To develop the knowledge on history, architecture, science, traditions and life styles, all the students from K.G to S.S.C are given opportunity every year. to go on trips which are part of school official trips.


AWARENESS PROGRAMMES:

Our staff and students are provided the opportunity to participate in various awareness programmess to know the new scientific approaches, techniques to enhance and refresh teaching and learning skills. The awareness programmes are like

  • We take pride to reiterate that our staff member Mr. Sudheer Penta Reddy attended C.C.R.T training for 15 days in Delhi on handicrafts-basic education in the year 2012-2013

GAMES AND SPORTS:

Games and sports are part of education which can make students mentally and physically sharper and stronger. Games and sports develop each students competence and confidence in a broad range of games, sports and physical activities. Students develop fundamental movement skills motor skills as well as game concepts and body awareness progressing to more games and sports, specific skills in non-competitive and competitive environments that foster positive feelings and nurture success and enjoyment. In our St.E.A.S our children have opportunities for indoor and outdoor games and sports. Caroms, chess, table tennis are indoor games and volleyball, Kho-Kho, kabaddi, Basket Ball, Throw ball, Athletics are outdoor games and sports in our school.
